As the Field Operations Manager for Ontario, you will be the main liaison for CSN Licensees, helping them optimize operations through CSN's system including insurer partnerships, marketing tools, and operational supports.
Key Responsibilities
- Quarterly store visits to drive business growth 🏆
- Leading virtual and in-person regional meetings
- Supporting licensee training and strategy execution
- Reporting progress and resolving urgent issues promptly
Qualifications
- 5+ years management in collision repair
- 3+ years estimating experience with Canadian systems
- Valid driver’s license & ability to travel within Ontario
