Position Summary
Join us as a Field Operations Manager for Ontario, acting as the primary liaison for CSN Licensees in your region. You'll collaborate across departments to boost licensee operations, leveraging partnerships, marketing tools, and operational systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with CSN Licensees and meet quarterly to drive growth and performance
- Lead regional meetings and support the annual CSN conference
- Develop and deliver training content
- Resolve store concerns and complex issues with timely communication
- Report activities and KPIs monthly
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair
- Post-secondary or trade education preferred
- At least 3 years estimating experience using Canadian industry systems
- Valid driver's license required
Travel
This remote role requires 40-50% travel within Ontario, including overnight stays (20-30 days/year). A vehicle allowance will be provided.
