Role Summary
As a Field Operations Manager – Ontario, you will be the primary contact for CSN Licensees in Ontario, collaborating with internal teams to help licensees improve business operations using the CSN system, including partnerships, marketing tools, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships across licensed stores, conducting quarterly reviews.
- Lead virtual and in-person regional meetings.
- Support licensee training and develop training content.
- Report monthly progress and support resolution of issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair.
- 3+ years estimating experience with Audatex & Mitchell.
- Valid driver’s license required.
