Role Summary
As the Field Operations Manager for Ontario, you are the key liaison for CSN Licensees, driving business growth through strategic use of insurance partnerships, marketing, and operational tools. You'll engage regularly with stores to optimize performance, lead meetings, and collaborate across teams to enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary contact for Ontario licensees
- Quarterly store visits focused on growth, insurance performance, and marketing program utilization
- Lead regional meetings and support annual conferences
- Resolve store concerns and escalate complex issues
- Develop and deliver training content
- Report monthly on progress against KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair
- 3 years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Ontario
