About CSN Collision
CSN Collision is a leader in automotive collision repairs with over 400 centers across three countries, helping over 200,000 vehicles get safely back on the road annually. We are seeking a bilingual Remote Automotive Collision Field Technical Analyst to be a key technical and KPI analysis contact within Quebec and Eastern Canada.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide technical analysis and repair insights to improve shop performance
- Resolve urgent issues and manage case escalations with effective communication
- Conduct targeted estimate audits supporting insurance KPI and profitability
- Assist with shop operations and onboarding using the CSN System
- Generate detailed monthly reports on progress, challenges, and KPI performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of collision repair industry experience including estimating with Audatex & Mitchell
- Knowledge of OEM procedural lookups and ongoing technical training (including EV, ADAS)
- Proficient in GAA rules within Quebec
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work from home with required travel
