Role Summary
As a Field Technical Analyst, you will be the key technical and KPI analysis contact for CSN Field Operations in Quebec and Eastern Canada. You'll collaborate with management and licensees to enhance business operations by leveraging the CSN System.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical analysis and industry trend insights.
- Manage high urgency case resolutions.
- Conduct targeted auditing to drive insurance KPI and profitability improvements.
- Support shop operations and onboarding.
- Deliver monthly reporting and actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in collision repair and estimating systems.
- Familiarity with OEM procedures and certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
Work Environment
