Role Overview
As a Field Technical Analyst, you will be the technical and KPI analysis expert supporting CSN's Field Operations Team in Quebec & Eastern Canada. Collaborate with management to improve business operations, audit estimates, and leverage CSN systems to enhance repair quality and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for technical analysis and repair-related guidance.
- Manage high urgency issues, negotiate resolutions, and escalate complex cases.
- Conduct targeted audits and assist with coaching and action plans.
- Support shop operations including training and system improvements.
- Report monthly on case management, store engagement, and KPI performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in collision repair and estimating using Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell).
- Knowledge of OEM procedures, GAA rules (Quebec), and continuous industry certifications.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to manage a home office.
Work Environment & Travel
Fast-paced role requiring travel across stores and industry events, including occasional overnight stays.
