Role Overview
Be the key technical & KPI analyst supporting CSN’s Field Operations across Quebec & Eastern Canada. Collaborate with managers and departments to improve licensees’ business operations leveraging the CSN system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and repair analysis expertise
- Manage urgent cases and negotiate resolutions
- Conduct targeted estimate audits to enhance insurance KPI and profitability
- Support shop operations and system improvements
- Deliver monthly progress reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years in collision repair and estimating (Audatex & Mitchell)
- OEM procedural expertise and ongoing I-Car or OEM certifications
- Proficient with GAA rules in Quebec
- Valid driver’s license
Work Environment
Fast-paced, remote role requiring personal vehicle use, strong judgement, and Microsoft Office skills.
